Clinical Psychology, MA
Individual Therapy online
I am on my seventh year of working as a clinical therapist. My job is to help people that feel like they should be happy, but they are not, those that have a sense that things are not right, but do not know why, or those that simply feel stuck, and want something to change.
Everyone is unique in how they interpret themselves in the world. It can be helpful to reevaluate this vision to make sure they are living the life they want. I can help navigate a new way for clients to see themselves by exploring behavior patterns and environmental choices that impede growth. I can help shed current and past dysfunctions that no longer work. My goal is to help pave a way to experience change.
Together we can create a personalized formula to examine your approach to life. We will then use that approach to better understand what makes you unique and apply what we have learned to your interpersonal life and career goals. Understanding this will help liberate you and help answer the existential question of what does it all matter?
